We could install a bit of everything. We chose not to. Every system we build runs on UniFi, from one manufacturer, so the Wi-Fi, the cameras, the doorbell and the sensors work as one and live in one app.

Why UniFi and not Ring, Nest or Arlo?
Those are single devices, each with its own app and usually a monthly plan. UniFi is one system: network, cameras, doorbell and sensors from one manufacturer, in one app, with recordings stored in your home and no monthly fees.
Do I have to pay a subscription for UniFi?
No. The recorder sits in your home, so there is nothing to pay each month for recording or for the app.
Can you take over a UniFi system someone else installed?
Yes. We look at what’s there, fix what’s wrong, finish what’s missing, and move it under your own account with every cable labeled and mapped.
Is the UniFi account mine?
Yes. Every system is set up under your own account. The equipment, the recordings and the admin access are yours.
