How we work

A documented process, and a result you can check.

  1. 01

    Request

Send a few photos or call. We reply the same day.

  2. 02

    Site survey

A free visit, one to two hours. Within a day you get the coverage map, the device list and an estimate. More about the survey →

  3. 03

    Installation

Usually 1–3 days. As few cables as possible, all of them out of sight, every line labeled.

  4. 04

    Handover

We walk you through the system, set up the app on your phones and hand over everything on the list below.

Handover

What you get when we hand it over

Eleven things, every project. This is what turns "clean and reliable" into something you can check.

  1. Scope confirmed, every approved change listed.
  2. Photos of hidden cable paths before walls are closed.
  3. Final photos of the rack, panel and every device.
  4. Every new cable labeled at both ends.
  5. Every line checked end to end before we leave.
  6. Device inventory: model, serial number, location.
  7. A map of your network and cable runs.
  8. The system registered to your own account. You own it; passwords handed over securely.
  9. App setup on your phones and a walkthrough.
  10. A support sheet: who to call and how.
  11. A recommended date for a health check.

Yours, not ours

You own the system

Every system is set up under your own account. The equipment, the recordings and the admin access are yours. You're never locked in to us.
